Pizzicato Chords

There are several ways of producing chords with a pizzicato articulation. All pizzicato techniques can be used but certain techniques have limitations.
Most effective for strumming type articulations is alla mandolino. The thumb is also particularly effective for producing broken chords as is guitar style pizzicato Dynamic Range: pp-ff Difficulty: 1-5 Special Notes: Bartok Pizz is only really effective on double stops. All other techniques are limited in velocity. |
