Multiple Voice Glissando

It is possible to glissando, within certain parameters, each voice of a chord.
  • If performed in the lower position on adjacent strings then the glissando may take place within the range of a fifth. This can be incrementally expanded to a tenth in the highest register.

  • If the thumb is used in the lower position then the lowest interval can be expanded to a 6th.

See double stops for a list of possible intervals as they relate to hand position.

It is also possible to glissando multiple voices if hammer-on's are used in both hands.

Dynamic Range:
Difficulty: 1-5
